Something about me, and something for you!

Wow! It's been a little over a week since I've written anything! Not even on Saturday! I was pretty busy last week though. I reread the "Twilight" series, and pretty much everything else took a back seat to Edward Cullen! Saturday we went to the Hartville Flea Market with my mother-in-law, and Sunday we took Hanna to play miniature golf.

Instead of writing about any of that (for the time being), I though I'd write a little facts post about myself. Let you know some more about me, ya know? If you read to the bottom I promise there will be something there for you! Promise!

So, here we go!

• I love the colors blue, green, black and gray. 98% of my clothing are these colors.
• I do not like Julia Roberts, Rachel Ray, Beyonce, Tom Cruise, or Dane Cook.
• I love Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, Jon Stewart, Gary Oldman, and Christian Bale.
• I have a thing for vampires. The scary kind and the sexy brooding ones.
• I've never seen the movie "Dirty Dancing," and have no desire to.
• I can eat sour cream straight. It's so good!
• I've recently decided that I like Luigi's Lemon Ices MORE than ice cream!
• I own 3 pair of heels, and only wear the one pair. And only to weddings and funerals.
• My parents didn't get one gray hair until they were in their late 40's, and I was pretty excited that maybe I would follow suit. I discovered a few gray hairs when I was 31. Fortunately they were only joined by a couple more, so far.
• I watch a soap opera, "General Hospital." Mark makes fun of me because on the rare occasion he's home when it's on, all I do is complain about how everyone on it is annoying!
• I could give up chocolate, no big deal. But not caramel!
• I love doing genealogy research! If I could get paid to do it, I would! It's so fascinating to discover new things about your family, and finding relatives you never knew you had.
• My most favorite fruit on the earth are blackberries. I could eat pounds and pounds of them and never get tired of them!
• I'd like to go back to college and get my degree in history. I'd love to be one of those people that get interviewed on PBS or the History Channel about their area of expertise. Or work on historical movie sets to make sure they get every thing correct.
  
• One of my dreams is to live on a farm and raise goats, pumpkins, and Christmas trees.
  
• If we could swing it, I would like to buy an old house, as in nothing built after 1950.
• I LOVE the Beatles. Love love love them!
• I don't care for summer time, weather wise. I hate heat and humidity, and I do not like air conditioning.
  
• I'm currently addicted to Diet Dr. Pepper. I'm trying to break myself of it, I'm down to 2 or 3 cans a day.
• I have 4 nephews and 2 nieces.

And now that you've read a few things about me, I'm going to thank you by giving you something! Well, giving you a chance to win something anyway. Two outfits from Corky's Kids, by Corky and Company! These are some great outfits! Below you can see Hanna modeling the two outfits I'm giving away (excuse the lack of her head, Hanna decided to have a melt down right at this moment and was all tears!). The first is the Pink Paradise Corky Smocked dress, size 5. I initially bought this for Hanna next year, but I also bought her the exact same dress for this year, and she'll be able to wear it next year too!



The second outfit is a capri and halter top combo, size 4T. As you can see, on Hanna they are not capris! Mark doesn't like this outfit, so I thought I'd pass it along!




I bought these through EBAY when the company was having a penny sale, and I've tried to find a website with prices and all that jazz, but can't find one! The address on the tag just takes me to Google, so I can't link you up to anything, directly. I did find some of their clothes at Peek-A-Boo, and there is their actual site, Corky & Company, but no way to order anything, and no prices either. If you can find anything let me know so I can link a sista up! I'm going to guess and say each outfit is around $30.
